Rg59 VS RG6
RG6 cables should only be used for satellite connections and digital CATV. RG59 cables are suitable for analog CATV signals. But it's not avalable when used in higher bandwidth.
When should we use RG59 or RG6? Let get to know about RG first. RG is applied to coaxial cable. Coaxial cable is a general classification. Thoese cables of 2 conductor sharing a single axis are all called coaxial cable. Coaxial cable has a conductor, a shield, a dielectric and an outer jacket. All the video cables are coaxial cable, such as an s-video cable.

Coax cable is widely used in CCTV system because of its low cost, convenience and reliable performance. The type of coax cable TR59 is most recommended. Other types of cable similar to RG59 is RG6 and RG11.
