The characteristics are specificed up to 100MHz.
It supports Fast Ethernet, 155 Mbps ATM and Gigabit Ethernet.
It has Power Sum performance designed for any combination of transmission schemes and a minimum of 3 dB headroom from Category 5.

Category 6 is the TIA/EIA standard set in June 2002.
Category 6 support data transmission at frequencies up to 250MHz over 100ohm twisted pair. Defined by TIA/EIA568-B-2.1, data transmission under this standard offers more than double the amount of useable frequency spectrum for signal transmission, which translates to more than double the information carrying capacity of Category 5E(100MHz).

It supports data transmission at frequencies up to 500MHz.
Currently, more of companies in this industry is doing Cat.6A Channel test. Defined by global ANSI/TIA 568-C and ISO 11801:2010 standards. It is 10 times faster than CAT6 and 100 times faster than CAT5e cables. Our CAT6A patch cords enable 10GBase-T performance in data center applications.
